Oatmeal recipe

Ingredients

• gluten free, quick cooking oats  1 cup
• almond or coconut milk  2cups
• slivered almonds 1 tbsp
• chopped walnuts 1 tbsp
• goji berries
• spices (cinnamon 1/4 tsp, pinch of cardamom, pinch of nutmeg)
• 1 tbsp of ghee
• maple syrup

Instructions

• Soak walnuts, almonds, and goji berries overnight
• In a small pot add oats, milk and ghee and bring to a rolling boil.
• Turn off heat and add spices, walnuts, almonds, and goji berries
• mix with wooden spoon
• cover for three to five minutes
• serve and add maple syrup.  
• enjoy!
